Refund policy
Each Bible is one-of-a-kind and lovingly created by hand. Because every piece is custom and often includes handwritten notes, highlights, and other personalized details, we handle returns with great care.
We want you to be truly happy with your purchase, so we offer a 14-day return policy from the date your Bible is delivered if the product meets the eligibility requirements below.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:
- The Bible must be returned in the exact same condition it was sent out in — including any tabs, highlights, and packaging.
- It must not contain any additional writing, markings, or damage beyond its original state.
- You’ll need your receipt or proof of purchase.
If these conditions are met, we’ll issue a refund once the returned Bible has been received and inspected.
How to Start a Return
To request a return, please email tania@thecreativewheelhouse.com within 14 days of receiving your Bible.
Once your return is approved, you’ll receive return shipping instructions.
Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damages or Issues
Please inspect your Bible upon delivery and contact us right away at tania@thecreativewheelhouse.com if it arrives damaged or if the wrong item was received. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
Because of their personalized nature, custom Bibles are not be eligible for full returns unless there is a defect or shipping issue.
Gift cards and sale items are non-returnable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that banks and credit card companies may take additional time to post the refund.
